Welcome to... Attica Middle School
Expect the best...Accept no less!! A message from Mrs. Lacey, Middle School Principal Summer has arrived and I hope everyone is enjoying some well-deserved relaxation and fun! Thank you to all of the faculty and staff of the Middle School who made the end of the 2009-2010 school such a success. Now that the NYS tests are complete, finals have been taken and the end of the year activities wrapped up, the office and adminstrative staff are busy preparing for next year, and teachers are completing important curriculum work throughout the summer months, too. Student and teacher schedules are currently havingthe finishing touches put on them, and the the maintenance staff is busy with repairs, renovations, moves and putting the final touches on preparing the building for the fall. The Middle School gymnasium is getting a facelift this summer awith all new baskets, and a new floor as well. A huge thank you goes out to Mr. barber and his entire staff for the tireless work they do all summer long. In preparation for the upcoming school year, school supply lists can be found on the Middle School Website under "files" for your convenience. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. for your convenience. Feel free to call if you have any queations or concerns. The Atticca Middle School faculty and staff wish each and every one of you a safe and enjoyable summer! Please encourage your child to get their mind and body ready to learn by eating a healthy diet and getting the proper amount of sleep. This will help them focus throughout the day and maximize their learning potential.
