Compact Team 2009 - 2010

Theme: Character Education
October – Cooperate (to work together)
November – Gratitude (why you are thankful)
December – Patience (able to wait quietly for something you want)
January – Respect (to be careful or thoughtful towards people and things)
February – Trustworthy (able to be trusted or depended on)
March – Charitable (helping others)
April – Generous (vs. Greedy) (willing to share what you have)
May – Honesty (telling the truth)
June – Fair (vs. Unfair) (giving the same treatment to all)

Students will be learning about these traits throughout the month and will show off their knowledge in a monthly assembly program by reciting the pledge to the flag and the character pledge.  We also feature various student performances followed by the presentation of character certificates.
