Welcome to Physical Education at home.

Until we meet again, let's focus on positive thinking and work our way to staying safe, healthy, and active together.  This packet is designed to offer a variety of PE activities that can be done at home. Welcome to

    Elementary Physical Education

    "It's Fabulous"!

    Where focus is on increasing:

    • skill enhancement
    • cardiovascular capacity
    • muscular endurance
    • flexibility
    • Most importantly FUN!

Children walk out of the gym saying

                                 "I Want More!"

Today’s physical education is much different, and I look forward to showing you how

Attica Elementary Physical Education is a class, like social studies or math.   Student behavior is expected to be the same in PE as it is in other classrooms:

PE is not free play or recess

    PE is not athletic competition

At Prospect Elementary, Physical Education IS a program promoting Physical Literacy.

A program of progressive instruction in motor, manipulative, psycho-social, and cognitive skills to enable students to participate successfully in and enjoy physical activities for a lifetime.
