Master Library Work Order and Schedules System

  • 1.)    To submit Maintenance or Technology work orders, click on the link to the left or click on to the Master Library system link:  Master Library Work Order System

    2.)    Under the Service Area drop-down menu, select MAINTENANCE or IT.

    3.)    Select the appropriate Request Type, Building, Space, and Problem Type.

    4.)    Type in the problem description under the Description box.  Please be specific.

    5.)    Click on the Submit Work Order button to submit the work-order.

    6.)    Logout when finished.


    1.)    To submit requests for scheduling room spaces in the district, click on the link to the left or click on the Master Library system link:  Master Library Schedules System

    2.)    Fill in the Start/End Date and time, Site, and Space Type.

    3.)    Click the View button.

    4.)    Click on the Request button to submit the request.
