Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic at the High School

The Wyoming County Department of Health has offered to host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the high school as it has for other districts in the county. In order to host the event, the DOH is requesting that we receive commitments from a minimum of 30 individuals. They will be offering the Pfizer vaccine, which requires two doses, and we will hold clinics on-site for both doses. Currently, the vaccine is approved for use in individuals aged 12 and up. If you are a district staff member or a parent of a student between the ages of 12 and 21 interested in receiving the vaccine or having your child receive the vaccine, please send an email with the number of people who would like to receive the vaccine and their ages (you do not need to share their names at this time) to If we receive enough commitments we will share the specific date and time of the clinic(s) as soon as the DOH makes a final determination. This is not a requirement, but simply an opportunity to partner with the DOH to offer the vaccine to those who want it and would find the school a more convenient place to receive it. All commitments must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 8. If there are not enough by that time, the clinic will not be scheduled. Further updates and information will be shared on the district website and via the Facebook pages for each school.
