The Attica Central School District is seeking parent feedback on the possibility of creating an after school child care program for students.
The district is asking parents to complete an interest form to assess the need for such a program. While a start date for this program has not yet been determined, the thought at this time is for a start date in September 2022.

Parents can return the completed form to the district through the mail or via email. Mailed forms should be addressed to the Attica Elementary School, 31 Prospect St., Attica, NY 14011. Emailed forms should be sent to District Clerk Becky Sphar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The deadline for parents to return the completed form is Friday, May 20.
